The terms and conditions outlined below are important. Please read them carefully. By agreeing to purchase from Dentoolworks you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Your use of this website to make purchases from Dentoolworks indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. ‘Customer’ is the person who purchases from Dentoolworks; it is also referred to as "you".

Availability and prices
All items are subject to availability. Prices are accurate at the time of publication, but due to market fluctuations can change without notice.

Back-ordered Items will be advised at time of ordering, or they will be listed on your invoice and will be shipped as soon as possible.

All prices shown are GST inclusive unless stated otherwise. GST is added to the shipping cost.

Quotes   
Any quotation made by the Company is not to be construed or operate as an offer or obligation to sell. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject all orders it receives in its absolute discretion. Quotations issued by the Company are valid for 30 days.

Payment Terms
We accept credit card, direct bank desposit and cheque payment. Title to the goods remains that of Dentoolworks until you have paid for them. Title will pass to you once the goods are paid for in full and any and all payments have been cleared by any relevant banking process. Orders made by you for products on this website are not binding on Dentoolworks until accepted by us.

We reserve the right to request payment in advance for large, indent, or special orders. Capital Equipment must be paid for prior to delivery and installation.

All accounts are strictly 30 days from invoice date (for account customers). If the purchaser delays or defaults in respect of any payment, the company reserves the right in addition to other remedies it may have to charge interest at a rate of 10%, such interest to be calculated from the date of delivery to the date of full payment by the Purchaser.

Installation
All installations must be done by a certified/qualified technician or your equipment warranty maybe void.
