Shipping & Returns
Dentoolworks is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality Dental products. After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. The standard delivery timeframes are between 1-3 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
We use Vallex, Toll Priority couriers for shipping large and bulky orders to all locations. Small and light weight orders are usually delivered via Australia Post and Hunter Express. We also use Fastway for deliveries across Sydney metro suburbs of weight up to 3kg.
Deliveries must be signed for in all instances. Please provide an address where someone will be present and also assist the driver to unload if necessary.
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated using the zones of the relevant carrier. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

Returns and claims will not be accepted without prior authorisation and a sales return number. Please quote this number on a copy of the original invoice and send with the goods.

Returns and claims must be made within 7 days of invoice date or a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will apply.

Any item returned must be unopened, unmarked, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. The return of such
items will be at your expense.

Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within 2 working days of receipt of goods.

Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the discretion of Dentoolworks.
